Never To Late
There's a sign posted up in Heaven For all that enters there to see, It hangs on the gates to Paradise to be read by you and me
"Notice" to all my children Is written across the top, Then printed just below in red "Before entry you must stop"
Underneath these words are written "Three conditions you must meet, And if you find you have a problem Please do not retreat"
For on the right just above the key Is a telephone just for you, Pick it up and an angel will answer They'll tell you what to do
Do not fear the angel Because they'll help you unlock the gate, You see my child I'll help you Because to enter it's never to late
My first condition is very simple Now that you've arrived above, Beyond these gates are brothers and sisters That you will always love
There are no attitudes to deal with No prejudice shall be shown, No gold or silver will line your pockets And there is nothing you will own
You shall eat what is placed before you No choices shall you choose, For here we are all equal Any privileges you will loose
My second condition must be abided For there are laws that are set down, They must be followed daily Just like down on the ground
If these laws are broken I shall turn you into stone, Then you will sit among the rocks Where nothing else is grown
These laws are very simple They only deal with love, I've made them easy to remember Just look up for the white dove
My third and last condition Before you may enter within, You must be a believer of God And free from any sin
So if you have been cleared below And agree to the conditions above, Then sign my golden guest book, And unlock the gate to love
If your soul holds any doubt There's still time to set it free, Talk with the angel on the phone Your message will be directed to me
Of all the souls that entered Not one have I sent back So do not fear your talk with me Your words should never lack
Let me be the one for you To open up my gate, Call and we will talk my child Because to enter it's never to late. Saif Malik |
